Commitment Sunday

Make your commitment to our mission of growing lifelong disciples from November 4 - 19.

Saint Paul wrote about living a generous life in 2 Corinthians 8 and 9. In these chapters Paul writes “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”

Why do we do commitment cards?

As we grow in our lifelong discipleship, we want to live in a right relationship with God and the world. As a community of believers, we commit annually to Receive, Connect, Witness, Serve and return a portion of God’s gift to us.

Making Your Annual Commitments

During this commitment season, prayerfully consider how God is calling you to grow in your discipleship this next year. Starting November 4, commitment cards will be available on the table by the main entrance to the sanctuary. There are three specific commitment cards for adults, tween/teens, and children. Please bring your commitment card up to the altar and drop it in the commitment card receptacle during worship services November 11-12, 18-19.
