Contemporary Worship

Acoustic Praise: Saturdays at 5 p.m. Contemporary Worship: Sundays at 11 a.m.

This style of worship offers music that can be heard on contemporary Christian stations (like K-LOVE) and old standard Gospel and seasonal songs songs (like "Joy to the World" and "I Know that My Redeemer Lives"). The liturgy/order of worship is not taken directly from hymnals.

Everything you need to participate is projected on screens during the worship service: songs, readings and any sermon notes.

Saturday evening worship at 5:00 p.m is casual dress and led by some combination of singers, acoustic guitar, piano, percussion and drums. The Sunday 11 a.m. service includes a full praise band and singers. Due to COVID-19 we have suspended most group musical performances, but hope in the future that we can return to having choirs and other special music performed during the service.

Both offer a casual atmosphere without losing a strong focus on Scripture and the Gospel.

Worship services are between 50 and 70 minutes in length.

The Lord's Supper is scheduled monthly.

We currently are not offering Children's Church or Nursery services, but will provide updates if this will change. For families with young children, there is a children's message before the sermon. A "cry room" with rocking chairs is available for both services for parents with active children -- but all children are welcomed for the entire worship service in the main seating areas, too.
