Based on the information received at the Clarify Our Calling Workshop and the Vision Survey results, FiveTwo sorted and compiled Trinity's core values and presented this to the Steering Team at the Equipping Workshop. The team went through a discovery process to see Who Trinity should reach for the future.

At the Strategy Workshop over 82 people gathered to discover How we will reach people and to start rolling out the Values, Vision, and Strategy from this workshop. From the 5-year vision, 90-day, 1 year, and 3 year goals were created with a great sense of unity amongst the group. From here all the information from that day was presented to Church Council and Elders.

From the Activate Workshop came several new ministries. During this workshop these new ministries planned and created goals for the next 5 years. Over this next year these new ministries will meet with FiveTwo Ministries to work through their goals. From this they will see what is making an impact and moving us toward our calling where Trinity Roselle is a vibrant faith community helping all generations discover a better life in Jesus. Because we are all love by Christ, we will Gather, Grow, and Send into the world to reach people for Jesus.
