I joined Trinity to attend Kindergarten class in 1963 and just never left. My three children attended Trinity school as well. I’ve been the Trinity “AV guy” for 18 years and was an AV volunteer here for many years before that. It has been a real blessing to be a part of the Trinity staff.
The biggest part of my job is producing the Trinity 411 each week. The 411 is an informational video about current events and programs at Trinity that is shown each week at worship, and is posted online. We really need to think of a new name for it – no one under 40 has a clue that 411 means information.
Before Trinity, I worked in corporate communications and video production, filming everything from farm equipment to demonstrating the optimum way to organize the plumbing department of a hardware store. Pretty exciting stuff! It’s very rewarding to do video production for Trinity with messages that are meaningful and helpful to our congregation.
Please feel free to visit me in our studio in the church basement. We are always looking for people interested in sound and video production to help us out, so if that sounds like something you’re interested in, please contact me. No experience necessary.
When I’m off-duty my favorite activity is bike riding, these days with my 2-year-old granddaughter on the back of the bike. Make sure you wave if you see us riding around Roselle!
