Traditional Worship

Traditional Worship: Sundays at 8 and 9:30 a.m.

Trinity's traditional worship uses the Lutheran Service Book and other hymnals as the basis for our worship experience.

The music is more rooted in history using the organ and other classical worship instruments, and the liturgy is traditional, found within the book.

People are directed to pages in the hymnal for the liturgy and hymns. Other resources -- including sermon notes -- are available on screens during the worship services.

Both services offer a more traditional atmosphere without losing a strong focus on Scripture and the Gospel.  People are just as likely to wear sport coats and dresses as they are to wear shorts.

Worship services are between 50 and 70 minutes in length.

Adult and children's choirs and instrumental groups adorn our worship at these traditional services. Both baptisms and the Lord's Supper are also scheduled.

For families with children ages 3-10, Sunday School is offered at 9:30 a.m.

A staffed nursery also available at 9:30 a.m. A "cry room" with rocking chairs is available for both services for parents with active children -- but all children are welcomed for the entire worship service in the main seating areas, too.
